Rob Aronson a Jewish Singer/Songwriter whose style is a fusion between folk/rock/soul

Rob’s original songs are inspiring, foster congregational participation and provide a deep spiritual connection to Judaism.

“Let Us Sing” is an exciting debut record  release from St. Louis based contemporary Jewish singer/songwriter, Rob Aronson. Rob’s silky and charismatic baritone takes the listener on a journey through many of the major parts of the Friday night Shabbat liturgy, shining a new light on ancient Jewish texts.  Aronson’s compositions are ripe for congregational singing, and  would sound instantly at home in any liberal congregation in North America. Standout tracks include “Hava Nashira,” (which features vocalist Julie Aronson, whose voice blends so well with Rob’s, it’s no surprise they are husband and wife) and “Prayer for Healing” which may just be good enough to contend with the healing prayer monopoly which Debbie Friedman (z”l) has long claimed with her “Mi Shebeirach.”
